Girls in the Office
I had an issue with the door handle. My father passed away in August. Of 25. The phone calls and misunderstanding I had. Was handled by the girls. I canceled making an appointment because of my loss and the weather. I forgot to bring my certificate of capital improvement form to my taxman. The girls called and gave me the information and offered to send me a copy. I just think they’re great customer service. They put up with a lot, but they still are professional and nice and understanding.
Windows Installation
We were very impressed with our Comfort crew. Navin and Joe showed up on time and worked for 2 days to complete our windows installation. They were very courteous, knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Tim was there on the second day and did an excellent job with the trim and wrapping of the windows. Thank you Navin, Joe and Tim for a great job.
Window installation
We had 11 replacement windows installed on our 1930 house and these windows are first quality, all were sized right and fit perfectly. John and his crew worked right along, were very respectful and cleaned up. I'm very satisfied with the windows and and the installation. If I need any other work to be done, Comfort will be the first one I will call.
Initial estimate visit
Roger Deleon is the best! He was so knowledgeable of Comfort windows and of my needs. He wasn't overbearing or pushy. As my previous estimates were. I highly recommend Roger...thanks!
Excellent quality and service
I had Jason Milsom come to my home where he explained the different window choices and prices. He was professional and accommodating and a pleasure to work with. I have other windows done by Comfort and I’m very happy with the quality and the service they provided me. I want to thank Jason especially for understanding that excellent service and customer satisfaction starts from day one!!

I pulled my windows out of the balancers
Comfort windows is an awesome company. It was proven tonight when I called and through your menu was transferred to someone’s voicemail. I left a message late on a Friday night and Mike promptly called me back. I asked if we could just FaceTime and he could help me get put my windows back in because rain was pouring into my living room. MIKE was knowledgeable and kind. He helped me tremendously. Now my windows are closed and no more rain is coming in. We decided that he would have someone contact me on Monday for a service call because I cannot lift the lower pane most likely due to my error I made with the balancers. I want to make sure that Mike gets kudos for helping me out on my terms (a FaceTime call). I did not want someone coming over after hours. Mike will have someone contact me on Monday when your company is open again. I am so thankful to Mike. He is a great representative for Comfort windows. Give the man a raise !! Such a great employee.
Great experience

Great sales experience
Mark Loomis came out to our home and patiently explained all the various options now available for vinyl siding. After settling on a color and window trim options we also decided to include a new deck and railings for our front entrance. Calm, informative discussion with no pressure; it was a positive experience and we can’t wait for the work to begin.
