Love my windows and service from the order to installation was brilliant. Thank you Comfort Windows!

I bought an older home in 2016 and the windows were in need of replacing. I had 4 windows installed in the Fall (2016) and 4 more this March. The new windows make such huge difference in the appearance of my home. I will have the remainder done in the Fall. My neighbors have complimented me on the windows and asked me how I like Comfort Windows. I can't say enough about the quality and workmanship of this product. In addition, the knowledgeable and courteous staff were bar none. My salesman, Derrick O. never tried to sell me the most expensive windows and he wasn't pushy. We discussed what my needs were and I made a decision based on that. The installers were brilliant! Josh B and Angel did a great job during the first installation that I requested them for the second installation this March. I will definitely request them again. I did notice on the March installation that there was a mark on the bottom sash of one of my windows. I called and spoke to Regina. I sent her photos of the mark and she ordered me a new sash.
