Absolutely superior!
The customer service provided by Comfort Windows Albany was phenomenal! We needed a couple windows replaced in the house we just purchased. We noticed there were a couple really drafty windows over the winter, and we called three different companies. They all sent sales reps out to give us quotes. Comfort Windows was not the cheapest, but they weren't the most expensive either. They worked with us to get financing for the windows. When the windows were done, they called to schedule the installation. The guys they sent out were absolutely phenomenal. They were so professional, and I really liked that they didn't subcontract the work out like other companies we talked to. The guys who installed the windows were employees of Comfort Windows. It's wasn't just random people, which I think holds them a little more accountable. It puts themselves at a higher standard. I really like the lifetime warranty we got with our windows.
