Representative Tom was a pleasure to work with. He was very personable, knowledgeable and precise in explaining step by step what was involved in our remodeling process. He answered each question we presented to him and offered suggestions to assist us in our decision when we asked for his help. With Tom's obvious knowledge, professional experience and his "no pressure" manner, he made our decision easy. From the moment he walked into our home until the time he left it felt like he was a long time friend, not a high pressure sales associate.
