Great Experience From Start to Finish!
We had all the windows in our home replaced (23 yr old windows) - this included close to 30 double hung windows with an entire 20' wall of windows. Eric and his crew (Sam & Gerry) were outstanding. They were very professional and explained everything they were doing before doing it. They were very respectful of the house and kept everything clean and tidy. They even finished the project a day early! As with any project there was a snag - Eric took a lot of time to explain the details and provide options. Bottom line is we needed to engage with the product manager (Joe) and Comfort made things right. This has been a great experience from start to finish and I would recommend Comfort to anyone looking to replace their windows.

I would rate my experience as excellent, so a 5. I was so very impressed with the work ethic, integrity, and kindness of our install crew. Cliff, Ty, and Matt. Cliff is the best contractor team lead I've ever worked with. I feel like they installed my doors as they would have on their own homes.

Cliff and Ty (Truck #179) did the installation of my laundry room window that was beyond my expectations. Our origanal window leaked for years, even before we purchased the house, after putting in the new window they did more things to insure that in the future I would have no more concerns with leakage.
