Nice Windows / Great Customer Experience!
We had 5 windows replaced with Comfort Windows. We chose their windows because we were impressed with the quality, the assembly process and that they are manufactured in New York State. Everyone that we met at Comfort from salesmen, receptionist, work crew were outstanding! It shows that this company strives for a positive customer experience. We felt comfortable with and trusted Tom P. when choosing what was right for us. We ran into Sean at the Niagara County Fair at a Comfort vendor booth. He was very helpful when we questioned him about our installation date. He immediately made a call and got an answer for us. The installation crew of Felix, Paul and Hossein installed the windows professionally with care and respect for our home (we appreciated that only one worker entered the house and used shoe covers every time). Each of them took time to answer our questions during the install. All three are very talented and took time to do their job correctly unlike other crews who rush through a job just to get it done. We especially liked the way they weather proofed the rough opening and added weatherproofing again over the window flanges after they were installed. Keep in mind that this is a long process. For us, 21 weeks from ordering to installation (told it would be 14-16 weeks). In the long run, it was worth the wait, the windows look great, and we recommend them!
